This pill organizer has a lot of pros and cons. First I must say I have used a lot of these kinds of organizers over the years so I know what I like and what for me needs to be improved.Pros:1. The size of the compartments is a little larger than the ones I've used before. It allows me to store my week of large pills easily.2. The lids come off completely which makes it easy to fill a whole week of pills quicker and easier.3. The different colors makes it easier to get the right pills for the right time of the day.4. It has 4 different rows for 4 times of the day.5. The compartments don't have a cutout in the back so the pills fall into the cutout and have to be readjusted to get the lid in the slot.Cons:1. Each color of lid will only fit in one place. The first time I filled it, the correct lids didn't fit where I put the pills. For example: I put my morning pills in the compartments on the outside, then noon, then, evening, then bedtime respectively. I could not get the lids on the correct compartments and finally realized the morning lid would only fit where I put the bedtime pills, the noon where I put the evening pills, the evening lids where I put the noon pills and the bedtime where I put the morning.2. The lids don't open the all same direction which seems to make it harder to dump the pills out. The out side lids open from the outside and the inside rows open from the inside.I still like this organizer, especially the compartments being just a little larger. I marked where the different lids go so I don't put them on wrong. I ordered 2 of them and one was broken, 2 of the evening compartments had the front broken off. At first the company sent me a return label that would require me to pay the return postage. I called the phone number twice and left a message but didn't get a callback. When I called the third time they answered and took care of the problem right away. They emailed a postage paid label and sent me a new organizer..Update: May 12, 2016I have gotten so frustrated with trying to get the lid on. It has to be put together so precisely, so exactly that it takes a long time to put the lids on so they close right on the individual compartments. It is totally not worth the hassle even though the compartments are a good size.I don't take this for just vitamins. I am chronically ill, suffering from many permanent post-complications from a bone marrow transplant. I take a boat load of medications and it is impossible to keep up with them without this pill box! And it is also way too hard opening child proof pill containers from the pharmacy every day with chronic pain and arthritis in the hands. This is easy to use and the days and time of day easy for me to read. The time of day allotted for each day (Morning, Noon, Evening and Night) is PERFECT for me. I like the different colors too. I have tried other pill boxes but this is the only one that works the best for me. It is not too big and bulky and not too small. The space in each compartment is more than adequate and pills can easily slide out via the curvature in each compartment which is so helpful! It is just perfect. Someone bought this for me a few years ago but it had been used so much (and accidentally dropped quite a few times, oops) that it was time for a new one and was so happy to find it on Amazon! So I ordered another and it came very quickly and I am again very happy with it. The size of the font in the words seems a bit bigger than my last one, which was a plus as I do have sight issues. Thank you Amazon and Apothecary Products!I've been using these pill planner boxes for a few years now. I use 4 at a time for nearly a full month of organization. These boxes usually last a few years but eventually one of the plastic molded lid hinges will break making it time to replace that box. I fully expect that any such box will not last forever, however these boxes have lasted much longer than the several other varieties I've tried over the years. The compartments are large enough for several pills and capsules even very large size. The lids are clearly marked and color coded for day of week and time of day: Morning, Noon, Evening, Bedtime. One does have to make sure that all the lids are closed properly, if like me, they turn the whole box over to dump a dose of pills out in the hand. They are also pretty easily used by scooping pills up and out as one side has a rounded bottom to alleviate pills getting stuck in a bottom corner. The lids can be lifted off as assemblies to make filling easier, each colored 7 day set is one part. They only fit in, in correct orientation so is very simple.I can lay out a week's worth of meds so it makes it easy to see when I need to renew prescriptions. I take several different prescriptions every day at different times so it takes all the confusion out of taking pills on time and all that I need to take. They last a long time before the plastic wears enough to tear, it is so easy to get just one dose and it saves time and nerves setting up only weekly. Very fair price.I have tried other models for my 91 year old mother and we keep coming back to the EZY Dose model...the compartments are larger and the meds are more easily retrieved when needed. Each compartment is clearly labelled.Definitely better than my old one! When you open a lid, it stays open instead of drifting half closed. Better still, you can take off all the lids at once for ease of filling. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that (1) It's a bit fiddly getting the strips of morning and noon lids stuck to each other to reinsert them; likewise for the evening and bed lids. (2) The bottom of the box isn't marked; once you get the lids off, you have to remember which edge is for morning because the lids won't go back on if you try to do it wrong. Not a big problem, and it is self-correcting. Everything about the box is finished nicely; no sharp edges or corners. It feels much nicer in my hand than other ones I have tried.Perfect this is a very good medicine box hinges on each compartments are very flexible to preven brake. one of the best I ever got it for my monthly usage .i had same one over two years before.Great item and quick delivery. Thank youThis is an EXCELLENT medication organizer. There is ample room for multiple pills and supplements of varying size. The compartments have a slight curve so you don't need to turn it upside down to get the pills out. The colour coordination and labelling is nice and clear. You do not need to arrange your pills "just so" to get the lid to close. These lids close easily and firmly, yet are not difficult to open.To put compartment size into perspective, on the picture that I added Sunday AM is holding 13 iron capsules (28 mg by Natures Bounty) for size reference. I didn't need to do any creative shuffling, just added the pills until it reached the top. If I spent the time to arrange them better it could hold more. The Monday AM is holding 4 pills for comparison.The EZY Dose Deluxe is awesome. Never thought I could be so excited about a medication organizer.Easy to open for seniorLike: individual sections and number of sections per day.Not a fan: seemed a bit pricey, but couldn't find anything comparable in stores (ie: London Drugs, Walmart, Target)Overall, I'm happy with the product.
