Overall, I liked this puzzle, but I wouldn't put it together again. However, I would try another one from the same brand.Pros:* This Garden of Earthly Delights puzzle is bright and clear. I've seen others that are dull and/or fuzzy.* For the most part, the balsa pieces are well cut.* The puzzle includes a poster that is a 1:1 picture. You can lay pieces on the poster and find where they go.* The pieces stay together so well for picking up sections for placement even to the point that you can pick up the entire puzzle when complete and it won't come apart. That was fantastic and my favorite part of the puzzle.* The letters on the back of the pieces were helpful. They were most helpful when we were almost done. I sorted all the pieces by letter, right side up and was able to bang it out.Cons:* The one that we got had about 3 where a tail piece was broken off because the margin was so small that it couldn't hang on. I found the broken off pieces when sorting.* This Garden of Earthly Delights is really hard. I'm used to hard puzzles. Perhaps its just me though. I had to put part of this puzzle together face down and not because of the letters on the back were helpful. If you are good at "a lot of sky" or "a lot of solid black" and not so good at detail, this is not the puzzle for you.I have a puzzle saver board that fits most puzzles (except panoramic puzzles). This one was just a touch too big for my work space. I have to be able to move my puzzle so I think I'll have to buy a poster board that is bigger (if they even make it) to do this puzzle. Really want to assemble this one because I have loved the painting since I studied it in college. I wanted to hang it in my living room...we will see if I ever get around to doing this puzzle! The little I did of this puzzle was great and the wood pieces interlocked beautifully. Yet another reason for me to figure something out so I can do this puzzle!I’ve always been curious about seeing this painting up close and having it as a puzzle gave me the opportunity to see a lot of the detail that is missed in print in textbooks. The wooden pieces are very sturdy and are letters on the back to make sorting quadrants of the puzzle very easy.I enjoyed putting this puzzle together. The picture was interesting and highly detailed, but the puzzle was cut in such a way that it was not always easy to figure from the picture alone. I liked the sturdiness of the pieces, which made a distinctive clicking together when the right piece was put into place and held together well.My wife made a joke about "wouldn't it be funny if there was a Garden of Earthly Delights puzzle" and I searched and there it was so I bought it as a joke and we started working on it and yeah it's a weird picture don't know what ol' Hieronymous was thinking. Good quality picture and pieces.Good puzzle for adults. It was a little dark, but the letters on the back saved the day. We divided it into sections A-H and worked individually one section at a time. It comes with a full size fold out picture to follow. Sturdy pieces. No missing pieces.The image is not sharp and that was a disappointment. However, the pieces have letters on the back making it easy to put togetherWhat they say about the pieces fitting snuggly is not true. In fact, I would say the opposite of that. You can definitely put it together incorrectly. Still very challenging and worth the buy.A real fun puzzle that yielded a picture worth framing.
